Step 1 | Site Visit and Ballpark Estimates
After a short call to make sure we are a good potential match for your project, we hold complimentary initial meetings to review your project and provide suggestions. After this meeting we provide a rough estimate range for your project. Should this range meet your expectations, we move to step 2.
Step 2 | Planning + Create Firm Scope
At this stage, we charge a small planning fee and join forces with you to begin bringing the project details to life. We hold time on our schedule for your project and begin hammering out the details of the project with you including problem-solving, basic floor planning, procuring subcontractor bids and making as many finish selections as possible. At the end of this phase you have a firm scope of work with a clear fee.
Step 3 | Transform Your Home
If the planning phase went well, and you're satisfied with the scope and budget, we then sign a project agreement. We begin ordering materials so that we have as much on site as possible prior to beginning demo. And then the real work begins in transforming your home. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
