From tiny cottage to city-sized modern farmhouse

A wonderful family new to the area hired us to help them transform a tiny house on a great St. Louis Park street into an updated modern farmhouse style home. We added the family room off the back, an entire second story and a new front porch. The transformation was quite remarkable! This home features gorgeous finishes throughout including white oak wide plank floors, aged-finish oak cabinetry, unique tile touches and lots of black and white. A stylish home that is timeless, so comfortable and a great use of space on a small lot. What a treat to build and work with these clients!
